Where Do You Ship?

We currently offer shipping to the contiguous US, Alaska, and Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. 

We offer shipping to Canada DDP (Delivered Duty Paid — you'll see all charges upfront at checkout) via UPS or DHL. 

When Will My Order Ship?

All regular orders placed prior to 1 PM Central Time are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM or on a non-business day are shipped the next business day. For same-day shipping please be sure to place your order by 1 PM CDT. 

Pre-Orders

Sometimes we are out of stock of a colorway on the base you desire or we don't have the quantity you need for your project. In those instances pre-orders are available. They do, however, take extra processing time as we must receive the base from our supplier, dye the color for you, and allow it to dry before it can be twisted into the hank and packaged for shipping. Because of this, we require up to a 10 day processing time in order to accommodate most pre-orders. If we have the undyed base in stock in your requested quantity we can process your order in as little as 2-3 days, keeping in mind that we do not ship on weekends.
