Refund policy

Before getting into the nitty gritty of a standard return policy I want to take a moment and say please, do not hesitate to reach out to me via social media, email, or by calling or texting if you are unhappy in any way. If something is missing, something is wrong, the colors are off. Whatever it is, we will do everything in our power to fix anything or make it right. All you have to do is reach out! 

Return Policy

All returns are subject to approval and are limited to a 30 day window from date of purchase. 

Please contact info@redrivefiberstudio.com if you have any issues so we can determine the best method to settle your dispute. 

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund your item(s) must be unused and returned in the same condition you received it. Unless approved by Red River Fiber Studio, the cost of returning the item(s) is at the responsibility of the purchaser. All original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive the item(s) in our studio and if all eligibility conditions are met we will issue your refund. 

Items not returned in original condition or after the 30 day return window will not receive a refund. Please contact us at info@redriverfiberstudio.com before shipping any item back. 

Red River Fiber Studio is not responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address. Be sure your information is correct before you hit submit. If the order has not been handed off to USPS or UPS we can correct the address. 

Refunds will not be offered due to an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer.

Refunds 

We will email you to notify you once our studio has received and inspected your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund and the funds will be credited back to the original method of payment for the order. 

Late or missing funds (if applicable)

If you are approved for a refund and have not received it within 5 business days after being notified the refund was approved and processed please contact your credit card company or financial institution. 

If shipping item(s) that are over $60, we highly recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
